Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the social media publishing tools operated by Storm Global, Inc. dba Storm Salon Social ("Storm Salon Social," "we," "us," or "our"). By authorizing our application on your social media account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Storm Salon Social is a social media marketing agency. Our publishing tools allow us to upload and publish short-form video and image content to social media accounts — including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile — on behalf of business clients who have explicitly authorized us to do so. On TikTok, content is either delivered as a draft the account owner finishes, or published to the feed at the time the salon agreed, using the audience and disclosure settings that salon selected.

2. Authorized use and the agency relationship

• We act only on accounts whose owners have granted us permission through the platform's official authorization (OAuth) flow.
• Our relationship with each salon client is a standard agency-of-record arrangement in which the client contracts us to produce and distribute their content.
• We never claim, impersonate, or access an account that has not personally authorized our application.
• The account owner remains the owner of their account and may revoke our access at any time.

3. Content

• All content we publish is original and is owned by, or properly licensed to, the salon client on whose behalf it is posted.
• Content is brand-safe salon marketing material — hair transformations, stylist features, and behind-the-scenes footage. We do not publish unlawful, deceptive, or community-guideline-violating content.
• We comply with the content policies and community guidelines of each platform we publish to, including the TikTok Community Guidelines.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients who authorize our application agree that they have the right to grant that authorization for their business account, that the content and assets they provide to us are lawful and properly licensed, and that they will comply with the terms of the underlying platforms.

5. Platform terms

Use of our service in connection with a third-party platform is also subject to that platform's own terms. For TikTok, this includes the TikTok Terms of Service. Nothing in these Terms overrides the terms of any platform we connect to.

6. Termination and revocation

Either party may end the relationship at any time. An account owner may revoke our access directly from their platform's app-permission settings, and such revocation takes effect immediately. Upon termination, we cease all access to the account and delete the associated authorization tokens.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any particular reach, engagement, or performance outcome for published content, which is governed by each platform's independent algorithms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storm Global, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
